I guess the guy with the downspout mounted to the door is
Throwing cigarette butts down it
or
spitting his chewing tobacco juices down it
or
maybe peeing in a bottle while drinking and driving and pouring it down the "drain" ?
If I was a cop, I think I'd pull him over just to see what that thing was....and if it was safely secured ( excuse) ?
I can see temporarily taping some plastic over a broken window, but this thing is really redneck !
I'm surprised there isn't a funnel duct taped to the top of it.
